ADHD and Autism
At Willow Creek Counselling & Psychotherapy, we provide specialized support to help individuals with ADHD and Autism navigate their daily lives and build meaningful connections. We offer support to those with or without diagnoses and have worked with a lot of individuals who were diagnosed late in life which can come with additional struggles to navigate. The owner of Willow Creek Counselling has ADHD herself and strives to support others who have similar struggles that she has faced throughout her life. Our approach is grounded in both personal and professional experience, allowing us to provide empathetic and effective care tailored to address the diverse needs of those with ADHD and ASD, offering tailored strategies to help clients better manage their symptoms and work with their brains rather than against it.
